Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all areas across Lebanon.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during holidays, sales periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Confirmation

Our team may contact customers to confirm their orders before shipping. Orders that are not confirmed may be delayed or canceled.

Failed Deliveries

If a customer does not answer delivery calls or fails to receive their order on two delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for paying the delivery fees for future shipments or returned orders.
